Additional Information:

All residents must have an attending physician monitoring their healthcare.  This physician may be their own personal doctor or they may use any of Holly Hill Manor's privileged physicians.  The Admissions Coordinator can provide you with a list of doctors.

A variety of other health care services are available. Providers such as dental, podiatry, ophthalmology, and psychological services operate independently of the facility and therefore will bill you or your insurance directly. These services are provided for the resident in the facility.

Laundry services (wash and wear only) are provided at no extra charge. The family may elect to do it their themselves.

If applying for Medical assistance, the resident must qualify for a Level of Care from the KePro Organization. There may be a minimal fee involved. For more details about applying for Medical Assistance please contact Kay Sullivan in the Admissions Office.
